Our workers and manufacturing team are basically consisting of persons with disabilities in the poorest communities who want to be financially stable. The world is making progress in tackling poverty. However, persons with disabilities are left behind. One in seven of us have a disability. That is more then one billion people around the world ! 80 per cent of who live in low middle income countries. Most of them are neglected in job sector. People are thought the person with physical disabilities cannot do anything and they are useless. That will make badly discrimination thus; a large number of workforces are remaining idol in our society.
